Number Deactivated WITHOUT BEING INFORMED
Cell c decided to deactivate my number that is linked to everything bank,emails etc.without no warning The contract has ended which I have been struggling to have it canceled,they then decided to deactivate my number. Called the customer care and told to go to the store they don't know how possible it happened as it takes 30days for a number to be deactivated. I still want that number back or rather provide me with a call recording of me stating that after the contract has ended I do not wish to use the Number again!

A consultant called me yet the matter has still not been resolved,now I am told that I need to R 1557.98 What For????it also seems that getting my number reactivated is impossible the consultant wasnt sure if I would get my number back.
