number deactivated

I called Cell C towards the end of June 2015 as I wanted to know why I was still being billed if my contract ended in March 2015. I was told I was automatically placed in a month to month contract. I said they must cancel the month to month and place me on prepaid. <br> <br> The lady who assisted me Bongiwe (apparently no longer works there) deactivated my number and now I cannot get calls as my line does not exist. Now I am told that I need to buy a new sim card and rica it all over again. Not only will I be spending money again but I must also rica. Cell C is the worst network. This Bongiwe was not only *********** but has also costed me time and now money to rica and buy new sim. <br> <br> This network is not a good network to go onto as I have always had problems. If it is not over billing, it is now this deactivating of my number without even telling me. I said I didnt want to be on this automatic month to month contract and want prepaid. Instead they have wiped my number off of the face of the earth! That man who once placed a bill board on Witkoppen saying Cell C is useless was right. I am not pleased.
