Number deactivated

Cell C has deactivated my number, I have called the contact centre 4 times with 3 people promising to call me back and fix it. I tried to call again right now and no one is helping. I cannot receive or make calls, I cannot make online transactions. All they do is repeatedly ask me to verify my details but my number has been inactive since Sunday. So much for \Excellent Service"....all I need is for my number to be active. I had to buy an extra phone so my work and family can stay in touch."""
