Number Change
July 2018 i requested a number change after receiving my contact in July, they request was not successful due to the pending order for an upgrade and was told to call back 06/09/2018. This week i put in another request and i have been told its been unsuccessful due to there being no usage for the past 60 days on my account. I have called your help line and i have been told they cannot help me.... all i want is my contact number to be changed to my current number. but it seems its the hardest thing to do. no one has told me what to do to get a number change.
