NotReceived a call of confirmation as promised

I have been waiting for a call of confirmation as promised,as I was told I will be receiving my phone(sony Z3)so we agreed on the date which is the 23 July 2015 the store of delivery is South gate Cell C.I was told that I will receive a call before then,I have not received it,I tried to call Csurance but their lines are forever busy or they pick up and hang up(call avoidance)all I wanted to know has my phone being delivered at South gate? Because I don't want to go there and find out that there's no phone as I was supposed to go there tomorrow but I can't because the call I was promised I have not received it yet,so please help me I need to know what's happening now? Has my phone being delivered at South Gate?Can I go collect it Tomorrow?<br> <br> Thank You<br>
