In the month of September I received a bill for R718.00 some scents which i was was not aware of since i pay my bill via eft and normally my bill was around about R710...some cent. Then suddenly there was a increase still trying to figure out were this was in creased with and additional cost of 8.95 cent. i payed a fees of R710 on my account because i was used to paying this amount. But as a courtesy to cell c i started paying R720 on my account just to find out this month i am in areas with cell c by R77.88 due to a failed debit for R9.57. Well i might not be the sharpest pencil in the shed but this is **************** you are charging me R77.88 for a R10.00 discrepancies on my account why was i not send a sms for the past two months informing me i would have gladly payed it.But charging me almost R80.00 for a R10.00 problem common this is ridiculous. I have been with cell c for 4 years and nothing but endless problems. I need this issue to be addressed can someone with authority please assist with the following request!!!!
