Nothing new, Worst Service in the World.

i handed in my Galaxy S5 for a screen crack repair 5 weeks ago. I received sms updates as the process continued, and it was complete and returned to the store within 5 days! yay! and then the store called me.... basically "the sms is not true" has been going on for 4 weeks now... The "manager" of the store calls me occasionally to make promises(u will have it by friday or monday the latest), they never materialize.. and then he calls me a week later to make exactly the same promise again (friday or monday the latest) and then really called me the follow Tuesday to make the same promise a third time... So Cell C, basically- give me back my ****ing Cell Phone, it takes 1 hour to repair it if i take it myself to a repair center. Its been 5 weeks, every time i call cell C, they say "the Manager is off today", i called on friday morning, they say " he is off from today for the weekend." This guy is never at work, and all he does is make promises and i have had enough of this bull ****. Give me my phone back, NOW!!!
