NOTHING BUT PATHETIC SERVICE

Good Day, I am highly ****ed with the service you guys offer us as customers. My contract clearly states that If the same make and model of the Mobile Equipment is still available on the market or from the suppliers, the ******, lost or damaged Mobile Equipment will be replaced with the same make and model. Now im being advised that they don’t have the phone and I will be given another phone, I checked and the phone is available on the market, when I show them that it is available on the market I’m now being advised that I will have to wait on their supplier and they don’t know how long I have to wait NOTHING BUT PATHETIC SERVICE
