Nothing but empty promises

There is no benefit in logging complaints about Cell C or begging them to assist you. I received the response below and was initially so inspired and hopeful that I was going to get help. But don't be fooled, they are empty words with no follow through. Weeks later and now nobody responds anymore:

Cancelling your contract should not be this frustrating. This is certainly not the service we wish to render to our customers. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.

We will ensure that this matter is sorted.
