Not your customer but you treated me like one!!

Yesterday i locked myself out of my mobile and please note that in a TELKOM customer. I was denied help from the telkom store at The Glen, and in my frustration and disappoints state i walked into CELL C store to be grated by Lionel. I must tell you what a breath of fresh air compared to the staff at Telkom. He proceeded to assist me, to confirm my suspicions that i had to reset factory settings on my phone upon which i proceeded to do. He stood by me the entire time assisting me\AND I'M NOT EVEN A CELL C "customer. I signed up with the other people just over a month. ..had i only known i would of just moved to CELL C. Thank you"
