Not working screen protector

On the 10th of January I went to Cell C store in Mooi River Mall Potchefstroom with a colleague. We did several things there and upon the things we did we ended up getting screen protectors for R199 each, however for my device the bubble didn't go away and ended up returning on the 17th for redo. Today the 18th the redo is lifting up on both corners of the phone and I did as suggested by the gentleman to keep a pouch on because if I didn't it would lift up. Now my frustration is the 7 day guarantee does it apply on the second redo to or I've lost R199 to something clearly not not working for me and should I drop my device what would become of it because this plastic is just not sticking on. Personally had I returned perhaps before the 7 days and this happened twice within the 7 days I would have asked for my refund and never looked back cause it's just not working. My only reason for waiting for a Sunday again is purely the store is always full during the week and the wait is long especially with covid regulations. I regret buying this screen protector and probably when my contract ends I'm never renewing with C Cell the hassle of just coming in store is too much with the long waiting period.
