NOT WILLING TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS

<p>Because of a certain financial constrains my contract has been overdue for 2 months, and no one at cell c is willing to assist me with making payment arrangements so I can get my contract back up to date. My line has been suspended and they blatantly telling that I cannot do anything before I pay the account, I am not being treated Fairley no one wants to meet me half way, and you would think after 08 years with cell C without missing a single payment certain arrangements will be put in place for me since I have been loyal to the brand. I am going through a lot and no one is willing to listen to me as a loyal client of cell c. I am extremely unhappy and all i want now is my settlement letter so can make arrangements to settle cell c.</p>
