Not willing to help at all!!

I was called by a Cell C consultant about 3 years ago and offered me a data contract for R99 per month. This card I use on my tablet so i'm unable to get my balance but all along i've been paying this R99. And i was never told that in 24 months i have to cancel the contract or the money increases but thats fine. now i'm in arrears of R4000 and they said i can speak to legal department but when i try to do that i'm told i have to first cancel the contract because they will still charge me R279 for a suspended service!!!<br> <br> I need to speak to one person who can sort this i've been holding the line forever, i cant afford R4000 for data or even R280 for a data that i used to pay R99 monthly. I need my contract cancelled asap. Cell C does not inform its clients of the information and does not cap or limit the data, i never authorise any increments in the data mind you its even suspended.
