NOT WILLING TO HELP!

I have been trying to get an upgrade done since Mid January 2015! on both phones I want, Cell C doesn't have stock and cant tell me when they will be receiving, this I understand, HOWEVER I found the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact at your Sandton City Branch, I was told that they could only reserve this for 24 hours! I understand the complications, but Cell C wont even help me have one delivered to me as I can not get there in 24 hours! They wont even allow my Husband to go in with my ID and a letter from me, Cell C is just not willing to hell anyone!<br> I have been patient long enough and just need Cell C to come to the party!!!
