Not willing to cancel overdue contracts

Good day .Its a year since I have been trying to cancel or stop the numbers I long used and others I never used. I called,went to their retail outlet and every time I get the promise that it will be canceled but its not .I am loosing my hard earned money. Please help where can I logde a complain about their way of operation
