not updating credit record
i had an account with cell c.
last time I emailed you, you referred me to your lawyers. I have since paid all fees due yet my credit record still reflects that I owe you R349.
kindly advise how I can make this payment or update my credit record.
it is unfair i have finished paying and have paid up letter (see attached) yet you still blemish my record
