Not up dating my credit report

I don't have word to describe the bad services i am receiving from cell c. Mpho Ndlovu from Cell C Social media contact on the 11 July 2018 me and inform me that my name will be cleared by Trans Union Today the 25 July 2018 requested again a report from Trans Union and Cell C is still showing on my report and this is bringing my rating down showing i owe Cell C money.

An ITC update has a waiting period of 14-21 working days, you can check by the end of this month and it should be clear.
