Not up dating my credit report

Cell C is quick to mark you bad on credit score and make sure your name is in bad reference , but when you pay your account up to date they take forever to rectify your name and leave it and not attending to your problem. i try now for two months to get hold of the legal / or collection department to rectify my account and no one is responding or pick up there phone you holding on for hours and looks like this apartment does not even exist at all. Bad service that is all i can say.................
