Not truthful

Someone called me last June from Cell C, offering me a cellphone (Huawei). I lost my phone before that and had all the features, including Google. I used my phone for work, and I was very direct in saying that I am interested in Huawei because of the limitations that I need. The lady confirmed over and over again that the fight was over, and I gave in. I downloaded my apps, but a week later the device was not supported. I moved on from that, even though I am struggling, until today when someone called and told me that the insurance they offered me last week is now doubled because they used another customer's details and gave me the wrong premium.
