Not trust worthy and misleading

<p>I have renewed my contract with cell c in October 2016. after seeing an advert on TV for Huawei P9 lite for R199 per month for 24 months with 300 data and 100 minutes of which I will start to receive the benefits in February 2017 (which is this month ) but to my surprise I received 50 minutes and 100 data. I called cell C retention from January after receiving the sms stating what I'm going to get and also in February after receiving what we're are not agreed upon, with so many calls with cell c I have not received any feedback till today. which means cell c is misleading customers.</p>
