Not treating customers fairly

Today we going to talk about the **** that is Cell C. wanting to make money out of our pockets. First of all my contract reached its maturity and somehow they kept debiting. Then I called in to complain and cancel, and they cancel a contract that is still invalid cos it has reached its maturity, a month later. Then somehow they debit me a full amount a month later saying I used their services for 3 days. Like ***
