NOT TREATED FAIRLY BY CELLC

I have been with CellC for years. One of the contract I have with them is month to month,I even confirmed with them before upgrading my other contract with them. Now I have app**** for Fibre to the home, I called them to cancel my month to month contract,they are coming with stories that my contract will only be expiring in December, I asked them who did they update that with, cause as far as I know my contract is month to month,they say I must pay commitment fee, for what I do not know!! I must say I'm dissappointed and angry with the treatment I'm getting from CeeC after so many years. I am never using their service ever again, I'm going to tell even my family members and relatives to change from using CellC, they are not professional and they take their customers for granted
