Not the service expected

Took my phone for repairs ion the 10th of February 2015, i went to the store a month later and i was told that my phone was sent to blackberry, i also called the call centre and was told the same thing, on the 19th i spoke to a lady from repairs department and she told me that she will escallate my call, a week later i called again and still there was no response, i dont understand how 21 days waiting period becomes more than 30 days without feedback, i really have lost my trust in this company, as this is the second phone going to repairs, i really feel like i was waisting my time getting a cell c contract but a lesson leant and i wont repeat the same mistake, they are very quick when it comes to taking their money month end.
