Not suprised bad service

<p>You know what i thought maybe cell c will take the first complain seriously but it obvious that you dont give a damn about your clients no wonder why you are selling damaged phones. I complained one of your so called agents called me and asked me what happened i did explain and that was it. No feedback nothing, im am so disgusted by the whole situation i wish you could just cancel the stupid contract. And if that's how you treat your clients believe me the Ombudsman will deal with you directly. Im not gonna pay for damaged goods, cellphone gets damaged within 7days and you send it for repairs. The so called complains officer leaves the matter without any feedback. You have gone too far.</p>
