Not so loyal Cellc

Iv been a “loyal customer” to Cell C for 9 years. I purchased multiple contracts in that time and I never had problems. UNFORTUNATELY that all came to an end . Myself and my mother started getting phone calls to upgrade. Declined all the offers. One day my mother gets a call asking where they need to deliver the phones I just took a contract out for 🤯🤯🤯🤯. I didn’t accept this. I didn’t give consent.

I missed a payment but made arrangements to pay my account up full on the next debit day which I did. Everything sorted . NOT FOR THEM! Mind you they wanted to deliver those phones when I missed my payment. Which was weird. I then spoke to Cell C, I knew I had a upgrade coming up and asked them because I knew I missed a payment. “It was said 3 successful months must be debited for me to upgrade”. All good and well. I accept it.

3 months later… someone did a credit score without my consent on the 8th dec 2023… there have been multiple agents in my profile. Apparently I was in the Cell C store multiple times in dec 🤯🤯🤯. I have all the interacts. An agent was in my account on the 24th dec 🤯. Yet Iv been at work. ON TOP OF IT. They don’t want to upgrade my contract. My contract ends on the 10th feb! 🤯🤯🤯 I MUST STILL PAY FOR THE WHOLE OF FEB .

I contacted the ***** department they can’t help because they want ridiculous documentation.

A manager was supposed to call my on the 11th Jan 2024. I’m still waiting. 24hrs and then I’m taking this to all social media platforms 👍
