Not serious with ID confidentiality

Sadly enough the representative failed to respond after I emailed to them relevant correspondence. She confirmed that my info may leaked at the branch that have my hardcopy details. Unfortunately that didn't sort out problem as my account was loaded with 99 rand debit order by different company every month. Is a police ever read these reports? <br> To resolve the problem I changed banking details that actually save me R275 pm that will pay for my Cell C contract plus I have ordered and received new phone from China for less that half price of Cell C one. Mine new Cell C one is gone for repairs since 6/12/2015 and damaged by technician twice aready (pics available on request). Are we all taken for ride?
