not satisfied with the feedback after i lost my data

<p>finally i recieved a call from Derrick Makhubela,im not satisfied with his explaination that i was using blackberry page to upload during the night while im telling him that the last page i visted was "slikouronlife.co.za"...before 22:30 and still tells me that there's nothing he can do while cell c took 1917MB from 1am to 03:00...and this is crazy that he tells me that background apps might be there one that deducted that much data and suprising this is the first time this is happening in 4 years of me using BB10...all i want is my data back NO STORIES..cause its all nonsense!!!!!!!</p>
