NOT RESPONSABLE
I have been receiving texts saying that I am owing the amount of R279.33 on Cell C Ref ND***4. my husband phoned the number given *** and the lady on the other end could NOT tell us when the arrears took place. I was with a Cell C contract +- two / three years ago. when the contract was up I opted for a Pay As You Go system. NOW WHY WOULD I GO ONTO A PAY AS YOU GO IF THE CONTRACT WAS NOT PAID IN FULL. No further details are being given in writing, as to when and where I am at fault. <br> while I was out shopping today I got another text saying A TRACE LOCATOR HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY CREDIT BUREAU PROFILE DUE TO A DEFAULT FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED AMOUNT. <br> As far as I am concerned I DO NOT OWE THIS AMOUNT. PLEASE HELP TO SET THIS RIGHT. THANK YOU.
