Not responding to request
I purchased R70 airtime to buy a data bundle<br> <br> Friday last week I bought 300Mb on my device. When I checked balances a had R45 airtime and 0.1 Mb data. So my purchase was not loaded. Instead data was charged against airtime at out of bundle rates. Unaceptable
