Not responding to complaints/queries
<p>Haven't received "warning" sms' indicating data bundles are depleted or nearing depletion last month. Consequence - overspent on data big time. Have had no indication as to why I am not receiving the sms notifications. I know I am not the only person with this issue. I refuse to pay the excess data. Want some answers from Cell C as to how they will remedy this. Thank you</p>

Absolutely pathetic service from Cell C! After numerous calls and attempts at resolving this issue nothing has changed, The "someone will call you back" line is obviously taught to call operators during their induction. Yet seems this "someone" is on leave, or perhaps does not even exist. As I promised during the call yesterday: "If this matter is not resolved within the next 24hrs I will stop all my debit orders". Debit orders stopped! I refuse to pay for such poor service.
Resolve this issue without delay and I might consider staying with Cell C.
