Not resolving complaint

My previous complaint regarding my Dad's cell phone still has not been addressed. Yes I did get a call from Cell C, our signal in Leisure Bay is much better thank you! But when they sms'd my Dad (apparently they could not get hold of him, and I told them his phone is not working AND gave them an alternative number to contact him on!!!!) and he phoned Cell C , giving them the reference number as per the sms, he was still told to contact the manager of the store where he took out the contract! This was the reason he complained in the first place! WE ARE GETTING NOWHERE! His phone is still off at least 3 or 4 times a day, he has to reboot it again.CRAZY!
