Not registered on network

I have a contract with Cell C. On Friday 23 January 2026 my sim card started saying "Not registered on network". I am not able to make or receive calls any calls, no services available at all. I have phone Cell C close to 10 times and they just say there are many people experiencing teh same problem. They do not know what the problem is and do not know when it will be resolved. I use my phone to work, this is my income. I can not generate an income and are loosing my clients. This is not acceptable.

Good day Cell C, Yes, this is what I have been told since Friday. How can this be acceptable? People in my area - people out of my area as well. I need feedback, or I need you to release me from the contract and allow me to port my number. This is costing me money and the ability to generate an income. I can not accept this.

Thank you for solving my problem - it took almost a week, and I have lost a lot of money. Although I am thankful that I can make and receive calls, I am extremely disappointed at your staff for saying there is nothing they can do; I need to wait. They have no urgency and say they are sorry with not a whisper of authenticity. What a disappointment this experience was.
