Not registered on network
My Cell C sim card tells me that " not registered on network" . Yet this sim card is registered . I cant receive or make calls or access the internet . I went to purchase a new sim card from Shopprite Checkers Raisethorpe to do a sim swap and the manager tells me I cnt purchase it without the sim card being " rica" . Yet Cell C let's them sell their sim card . How does cell c want me to purchase a sim card if shopprite doesnt allow me to buy it not "rica" . What do I do as a customer . And no 1 can contact me as the sim is not registered . How do I win ?

Unfortunately, we cannot answer for the particular outlet, but we do know that customers can purchase Unregistered Sim cards for Sim swaps at various outlets such as Pick n Pay and Pep Stores and even Shoprite.
Do you not have a Cell C store close to you? They would be able to assist with the purchase of a Sim Card as well as the Sim Swap.
