Not refunding when promised to do so

<p>After numorous attempts to get my contract cancelled, it was finally done after 3 months. This was only done after escalation to the team leader after it took numorous calls to get it escalated as I was given the run around by the call centre.</p> <p>The teamleader, Mr. Kriyaan Naidoo then promised to refund the addtional months it took to get the contract cancelled. Refund would have been done within 7 working days but alas after double the working days still no payment has been recieved. Upon enquiry to Mr. Naidoo, I am once again given a run around. The email address provided by Mr. Naidoo keeps returing to sender as invalid and phoning does not help either as he is always on break or in a meeting according to the call centre and messages left for him to call me back seems not to be delivered.</p>
