Not quite there!!!!
<p>Cell C. I love your new TV advert and your products. So I decided to go to your Cresta branch on Monday 3rd Oct, at 09h30 and again at 10h30, when walking into your shop, no one greeted me, helped me or acknowledged me....so I walked out...probably never to return. Was looking to buy an LTE router and data, but will just use my Vodacom phone as a hotspot instead - Sorry, nearly there, but not quite!!!!</p>

Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused. We will address this matter with the store manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. This is not the norm or standard service we want for our customers.
