NOT PROFFESIONAL

I took out a contract at Cell C Pavilion in June. I requested to port my existing number, which is a free service. He charged my account R250, which he promised to process a refund by 25th July. Each time I phone in to get feedback he has given one excuse or another, or he is not around to attend to my query and does not get back to me. He then said I'd get the refund by 30th July, which still did not happen. He then postponed to refund me on the 14th or 15th, I called again on the 15th August and his manager promised that Sanele would get back to me. Again, that did not happen either. He is not professional & I am so disappointed with Cell C and wish I took a contract elsewhere, maybe i would have even received a wireless charger with my S6. I WANT MY R250
