Not pleased!!!

I upgraded one of three of my contracts with cell c on Friday 4 of April. The handset was suppose to be delivered today at my home address and I remember stating clearly to the consultant the number that I should be reached on in the event of the delivery. Only to find out that the consultant didn’t change the number on the system thus resulting in a whole day wasted of me waiting at my house waiting for the package only to find out that the deliver company was at my estate gate however; there was no way to contact me due to the wrong contact number that was given to them by cell c and obviously my security couldn’t let them in because they didn’t know where the delivery was suppose to go. A whole day wasted. Now im sitting with no device and now inconvenienced due to the fact that now my day tomorrow needs to change and wait for the delivery again which is just a mess. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
