not picking up faulty phone not working from day 1

Phone was delivered within 1 day, next day i called to report phone not charging or going on at all. they delivered phone within 1 day now it takes them forever to collect the broken phone. how long am i gonna wait for replacement if they haven't even pick up the broken one yet seems like nobody knows whats going on there and my phone is part of my income/business.
