Not once could anyone actually put me through to the correct department.

Now for the second time I have had to use hello Peter to sort out an issue with cell c, every time when i tried on the phone I would always get transferred then hung up and later was told only cell c numbers go through. I have stated on MANY occasion to have my contact terminated, they are still deducting funds for a contract I want terminated, and no one seems to be up to the task of putting my call through an extension that can take different networks (how els do they make calls if not one phone in the building can't dial any but cell c numbers) so that I can have them sort this problem (yes taking money that is not authorized to is a serious problem) out , and then see how ( for all this time taking my money and not resolving it ) they would apologize for the stress and inconvenience they have cause.
