Not my mistake

I received a call from Sabie at Cell C advising that I qualified for a discounted monthly fee on my contract. he checked and advised tht because I have been with Cell C for more than 10 yrs I qualified for a discounted fee on a double deal for R409 per month. i completed the security check as it is usually done for upgrades and was advised that i will get delivery of the A58 x2 within 2-3 days. that was Tuesday the16/01/2024. I called to follow up on Thursday to find out when delivery will take place and another consultant advised me that there is nothing on my profile and that I do not qualify for an upgrade. I sent Cell C customer service an email and to date have not received a response. I did not call Cell C, they called me. I insist on getting what I was offered and even confirmed a debicheck on my bank account.
