Not keeping to their promises!

<p>Spoke to a consultant on Tuesday, called Patrick, on Saturday last week a guy called Moses Mo***eng, had issues with my credit score on their system, I made them aware Im coming for my second upgrade, they promised me everything will be sorted for my upgrade, now I'm sitting with the exact same problem as last wee****! </p>
