Not informing the consumer of terms and condistion

On the 13 Sept 2015 i went to cell festival mall to upgrade a contract it was upgraded to a 20 Gig data contract for R199 per month and to my suprise a account of 3700 came they never informed me that it is a open line one of the manager at the store said to me that i am a lair and it was explained by the sales lady then on the 9of Nov no it was a guy that assisted me and he can clearly remember what was explained according to the area manager Patrick and then on the10 Nov i whent to the store and was told by lesley that went to a lady by the name af Maria that accutualy assisted me can bot remember me I will not pay the outstanding bill and will be taking this to the consumer court for false advertising an not invorming the customer and then and for the fact that i as a customer been made out as a lair and not getting any feedback and assistance is scarry Cell C is a bunch of ******* and incompatent and Patrick as a area manager to tell a customer sorry i cant assist and is not prepared to assist and staff not takink acoountability i will fight this at the higest level
