Not honouring advertised deal - cant give feedback

in follow up to my original query with regards to the false advertising, see info below. Maropeng called with regards to the complaint, and said that their terms says i need to verify the prices, however the terms i read did not state that, i was sure of that. I found a screenshot of the terms and its not there, and i was told if thats the case i will be given the deal. But i cant get hold of Maropeng. i also tried to call the team leader Nirvana 3 times, and was told that she will get back to me. im still waiting. <br> <br> I saw an ad this morning (18 May 2015) SAMSUNG S6 EDGE 64GB on Epic 150 Top up. I am an existing cell c customer, and want to upgrade my month to month contract. The price advertised was R150 pm x24. I immediately called in, and since then several consultants have confirmed that there was an error on the adverti*****t, I have a screenshot of the advert, the online advert was changed at around 9am, and Cell C need to honour this deal. A Team leader, Nirvana agreed to send me an email saying that she is awaiting feedback from marketing, and will contact me as soon as she gets more feedback. I still have not received any feedback, after 5 calls. <br> <br> <br>
