Not happy with the process of sending my phone for repairs.
Not happy with the process of sending my phone for repairs. I booked my phone in for repairs. I told them I don't understand why they have to book it in via insurance because I have 2 years guarantee on the phone.
Ok, then I call the Insurer as I was advised. To request a report of the phone since they told me it has an internal crack. But the report only shows external photos. How! Then I requested the internal photos that shows the crack, I am still waiting for that report. The only thing I received is the excess amount I have to pay. In my experience,I have went through a couple of repairs for my devices, this one is not transparent at all. Can I have the photos of the internal cracks on my phone please? Regards

05 Dec 2024, 13:15Yes, I was contacted. But my request was not fulfilled. I was still referred to pay excess and I still dont have the report I asked for, showing the internal damages that were mentioned. It seems *****, not happy at all.
