Not happy with service about 5gb promotion!

Cell C brochures in store and online promote the Huawei e5573 lte router and I have app**** for the deal and I am waiting for 2 weeks! I follow up everyday to enquire if the store has received stock but the stores are giving a ZTE router instead? And the cell c employees always say there's no stock. Why do you advertise a deal if you don't have sufficient supply of stock.<br> <br> If Cell C promoted the Huawei router then why are they giving a ZTE router? I am very unhappy about this, as I wanted this deal because of the Huawei router! I am not settling for a ZTE Router.<br> <br> I cannot get through to the Head Office to complain about this! <br> <br> I incurred a cost to print my bank statements in order to apply for this deal and the application has been successful, now if I don't get the Huawei Router then I want to cancel my application and be reimbursed for the expense I have incurred, as Cell C is not delivering!
