not happy with cell c, will not recommend to any one

I got a phone via cell c, just a few months after I had the phone, the phone just died, it's a nokia 3. I informed cell c about it, they said they going to collect it at my premises, I'm still waiting, so I took it to one of the cell c stores, the guy booked it in and until today I still didn't hear of them. I've been waiting since last year December for feedback
