Not happy with Cell C

Good -day,

I have an issue with CELLC I don’t know why do they have to use voice minutes that are expiring at a later date whereas one has minutes expiring sooner, this is annoying and unfair this is just ****ming people.Like right now I have voice minutes expiring on the 17th June23 and voice note expiring on the 21st May23 and what they do is,when I make a call they deduct the voice minutes that are to expire on the 17th June instead of using the one’s expiring on the 21st May and this is not the 1st time this is happening.
