Not happy with cell c

Please help me cell c is making inquiries in my name at the credit beureu I don't know y this is the second one in 2 month, please can they remove those inquiries I did not ask them to open a new account for me y are they making inquiries can they pls remove them, they are not helping my score too many inquiries lower your score i don't want that, pls help me, I don't know what is going on with cell c
