Not happy with blocking process
I lost my phone. I have been trying to either recover or block the line. I can't pass the 5 security questions one of which is to remember the last 5 numbers I called which I have no clue. I have gone to a Cell C outlet with my identification. They still cannot help me in any way because of the security questions. They have no way out for me. It maybe time to migrate to another network. As for blocking the line, I don't know how to proceed. Totally disappointed. Thanks Cell C.
