Not happy

I'm so tired of the treatment I'm getting from cell c and their lawyers, I have made a payment but no one seem to be bothered to find the payment and allocate it accordingly.. Been calling and sendinh email but not getting any help

This whole thing is a problem, I can't be called 4 times a day and explain the same thing like seriously Cell C doesn't seem to care about their socal loyalty members
